i do not care about service!!! when i went the waiters were all nice enough and explained the differences between dishes when my parents asked. now to the important part, THE FOOD. it was delicious!! i got the salt and pepper pork chops, sauerkraut pork intestine, emperors mix (idk the english name), and the filet mignon beef. the wok flavor was amazing on all the dishes and i very much enjoyed this meal as a variation to more popular chinese cuisines that are typically served in the area (ex. sichuan)

We wanted to take a friend out for dinner in his neighborhood and came across this neighborhood eatery. Wasn't sure if it was going to be an authentic restaurant after seeing some mixed reviews but we were glad that we gave it a try. We made reservations for party of 5 and they were very accommodating as we only called in one hour before our appointed time. The menu looked like it had a mix of Chinese American and also Cantonese cuisine. The servers spoke Mandarin as well as Cantonese dialect.I could tell that their chef is Cantonese as the flavors were very clean not salty. We ordered the crispy roast pork, sweet and sour HK ribs, Deep fried flounder, seafood and tofu hot pot, seafood cantonese noodles, as well as string beans stirfried with beef. Everything tasted delicious and the right amount of seasoning. It was so good that we decided to go back for more roasted meats the next day on our way to the airport. We bought two bento boxes - roasted pork, bbq pork and soy sauce chicken with rice and veggies. One box was enough to feed two of us. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of food. Great neighborhood eatery!

Update: they no longer add the tip themselves. Food was great, service was good. A great option especially if you like the chef’s specials! Original review: Dumpling soup had no flavor, filling was hard/dry. Other dishes were good. 18% minimum tip is mandatory, you have no choice, they add it to your bill themselves.

Consistently good food. My kids love this place and the staff are attentive and makes sure they are comfortable. We tried a lot of the menu, some of our favorites are the congee, salt and pepper pork chop, 2 bbq combo platter with crispy pork and roast pork, and today we tried the filet mignon French style and we all enjoyed it. We even ordered food here for my daughters birthday party and all the kids enjoyed the food and asked for second.
